Do you offer free Samples?

We do not offer free or material kits at this time, You can, however, order 1 sample of almost any of our boxs.

Pick your product, select a quantity of ”1 sample", design your box, and check out! Custom samples are the best way to know the box is the right fit for your product.

Do you provide proofs before production?

Yes, we offer free PDF proofs for review that you'll receive within 24 business hours. Note that production turnaround doesn't start until your artwork is approved, and to help avoid delays we will bypass your approval 3 business days after generating your proof if we haven't yet received your feedback or approval.

    I really appreciated customer service helping me out with my image quality when I did not have a version that was sharp enough. Your team sharpened it up for me and that was great! I was slightly disappointed with the production time. I had hoped they would be printed faster but we still got them on time so that's good! Overall, the boxes look great and we received many compliments on them at our event! Next time, I will probably order them in a soft matte instead to give it a more finished look.
